ABOUT oUR CHURCH

Portsmouth Shalem Pentecostal Church is a Pentecostal church based in Portsmouth, Hampshire, and are in fellowship with Sharon Fellowship Church UK. PSPC was planted in 2025 with a small group of believers meeting at their homes. Since then, by God’s grace, the church has grown steadily as more and more believers were added from various surrounding regions including Cosham, Waterlooville, Gosport, Petersfield and Worthing.

PSPC is home to a number of families and young people, many of whom serve in different ministries for the glory of God while they are a part of the church. We are a welcoming church that exists to give everyone the opportunity of understanding the gospel, where all can grow in their relationship with God, and develop their gifts for the kingdom of God. Our desire is to reach our local community and the people of every nation with the love and power of Jesus.

Friday meeting

Christian Evangelical Meeting serves as a platform for our youth to develop their talents for God’s sake in UK. C.E.M. is conducted every Third Sunday’s from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. From Kids to parents all eagerly participate in various Biblical programs and henceforth glorify His name.

Ladies Meeting (Vanitha Samajam) is a blessed sister prayer unit of our church serving as a venue for our sisters to gather, pray together and empower spiritually.We take this opportunity to have spirit filled worship, for sharing testimonies, offering prayers for the fellow believers’ requests and learning deeply from the Word of God.

Sunday School is the foundational strategy in a local church for leading people to faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and for building Great Commission Christians through open Bible study groups that engage people in evangelism, discipleship, ministry, fellowship and worship.
